FAQ

In this section, we have collected and systematized the questions that can arise when choosing the equipment.

Here you will find answers to questions about the capabilities of our products, specificity of their operation or applications. We also provide information about the limits of material thickness that our machines can handle, as well as about their precision and processing speed.

We also explain the process of setting up and calibrating laser cutting machines and emphasize the importance of following the safety rules of operation when using these devices. We provide advice on proper maintenance and upkeep of the machines, as well as recommendations for selecting the optimal cutting parameters for different types of materials.

We try to provide clear and complete information so that you can make informed decisions and use the equipment with maximum productivity and satisfaction. But if you have any questions and cannot find the answer in this section, you can write a question in the form below.

Is there a service center in our region or country?

We have a professional service department that ensures the efficiency and stable operation of our equipment throughout Ukraine. We also have a service engineers team which works on international field trips.
What are the advantages of laser cutting compared to plasma cutting?

Deep thermal hardening does not occur in process of cutting, there is no need for further machining, higher precision, better cut quality, ability to cut thin and ultra-thin sheets, possibility of complex contour cutting including sharp corners, perforations and filigree cuts.
What does the laser source power affect?

It affects the speed and quality of cutting, as well as the maximum metal thickness machinable by the system
What is the impact of the idle motion speed and acceleration of the optical head (machine mechanics)?

The concepts of speed and acceleration should be separated. The acceleration parameter affects how long it takes to reach the required speed. The higher the acceleration, the faster the machine will reach the maximum gantry speed and move. And the idle speed is important when there are a large number of holes on the workpiece and there is a need to move between them.

What is the difference between cheap and expensive machines (given the same dimensions and laser power)?

Laser source power is not the only characteristic of a machine, it is also important to take into account the manufacturer of the unit, which has a corresponding impact on the cost of the final equipment. Also, different machines with the same laser source power and machining area size may comprise components of completely different quality, have different software, motion systems, electrical components, optical cutting heads, etc.

We maintain the policy of being open to our customers, so you can get familiar with the machines’ operation before buying. Managers provide detailed pre-sale consultations, taking into account all the requirements for the equipment installation on your production site. In addition to the consultation, you can see the equipment at work:
