Semi-automatic welding

Semi-automatic welding is optimal for reliable joining of thick metals (2 mm to 8 mm) including:

low-alloy and high-alloy
structural steels,
many types of cast iron,
aluminum, copper, nickel, manganese and their alloys,
weld dissimilar metals.

Welding works are performed on the equipment of the Ukrainian manufacturer PATON. The role of the melting electrode is performed by the wire, it is automatically fed into the welding area and is melted under by electric current. The gas mixture composition depends on the type of material.

Laser welding

Laser welding is an innovative type of welding, perfect for thin metals, it features high quality and speed of welding (four times faster compared to TIG, MIG, MAG).
ARAMIS LWM 1000 manual welding system is used for laser welding operations.

Laser welding works always result in the seams of superb quality.

No overheating, no warping as a result of localized heating.
The weld seam does not need to be cleaned up.
It is possible to join thin (from 0.2 mm) and medium-thick (up to 2 mm) workpieces.
Welding with wire feed is possible as well.

For accuracy, speed of order processing and error prevention, the statement of work should include:

Layout drawing in DXF or DWG formats.
AutoCAD 2010 dxf (*dwg) drawing.
The contour of the parts in 1:1 scale.
One of the contour elements must be labeled with an overall dimensions mark for scale verification.
Marking and engraving in AI, CDR, DXF, DWG formats.
Bending in PDF format.
Description file in the format of Excel sheet with the list of parts, indication of material thickness and grade, quantity of products, remark notes on performance of work.
Customer’s name and phone number.
