Personal Data Processing

Using the Site (including subdomains) means unreserved consent with the Policy and the terms of personal data processing specified therein. In case of disagreement with the Policy, using the Site shall be immediately stopped.

Sufficiency is the main principle that the Operator adheres to in course of Processing. Personal data will not be processed if that is not required.

Personal data are processed in accordance with the following principles:

1. Lawfulness and fairness of Processing.
2. Processing in accordance with specific, predetermined and legitimate purposes.
3. Prevention of merging of databases containing Personal Data which are subject to Processing for purposes incompatible between each other.
4. Processing of only those Personal Data that suit the purposes of Processing thereof.
5. Compliance of the content and volume of Personal Data with the declared goals of Processing.
6. Accuracy, sufficiency, timeliness and trustworthiness of Personal Data.
7. Legality of technical measures directed toward the Processing.
8. Reasonableness and feasibility of the Processing.
9. Storage of Personal Data in a form that allows to identify the data subject for a time no longer than required by goals of the Processing or during the period of the Consent.
10. Personal Data being processed shall be destroyed or depersonalized immediately in the cases specified by the Policy.
