Description
- Functional and cost-effective: the machine provides laser cutting of tubes with low investment and operating costs. Capable of cutting tubes up to 6 m long.
- The laser complex has from 2 to 4 (as an option) pipe supports in the zone after cutting, this allows cutting and perforating to obtain finished item 0.5 to 6 meters long (in the basic version – up to 2 meters long).
- The machine is loaded and controlled by 1 operator. The automated cam drive holds the pipes securely in the chucks, while the self-centralization system ensures easy clamping and high-precision cutting.
- Clear and precise cutting with the function of auto head cleaning. The function of automatic cleaning of the laser head nozzle at automatically set intervals extends the service life of the equipment and ensures clean and precise cuts.

Pneumatic system
LTR systems use a pipe support system not only in the processing zone, but also afterwards, which provides optional machining of pipes up to 6 m long. The pneumatic system delivers air, oxygen or inert gas to the cutting area from external main lines. High rigidity of the machine’s welded bed allows to achieve high accelerations in process of machining. A system of trays is provided for collecting the smallest parts.

Fiber laser
Emission is generated by ytterbium fiber laser with a modern optical scheme. The beam delivery system (optical fiber) does not require special maintenance, unlike the "flying optics" used in laser machines with CO2 laser, which significantly reduces the cost of machine operation. Focusing optical system is equipped with a non-contact capacitance sensor, which allows to automatically maintain a constant position of the cutter focus in relation to the sheet being machined and ensures high quality of cut

Modern software
The software covers the need for safety and workflow optimization. The system of protection against collision of the optical laser head with the cut-out parts improves the safety of the equipment operation. The laser system is equipped with a highly developed self-diagnostics system. Pressure is regulated by electronic control of the CNC system.
