  • LTR-PRO-3D series laser stations are effective and reliable tools designed for: cutting and high-complexity contouring, engraving, piercing of holes from metal pipes of any complexity with high precision and quality of machining along the contour.
  • ARAMIS LTR-PRO-3D professional laser station: the user is not limited by the rolled pipes configuration. The station provides machining of any pipe configuration, namely: round, profiled, flat-oval, oval pipes, angles, channels, beams/double-beams and other types of pipes.
  • As an option, this system can be equipped with a 3D laser head. This will allow cutting of pipes of any configuration with the possibility of their complete joining and part-into-part insertion.
  • With large pipe machining volumes, a company simply needs an ARAMIS LTR-PRO-3D laser pipe cutting machine. Operating it, you minimize fixed costs, increase productivity many times over and eliminate shortages. Because in addition to the high cutting accuracy, this machining station is equipped with an automated control system.

Pneumatic system
LTR systems use a pipe support system not only in the machining area, but also afterwards, which allows optional processing of pipes up to 6 m long. The pneumatic system provides supply of air, oxygen or inert gas to the cutting area from external main lines. High rigidity of the machine’s welded bed allows to achieve high acceleration rates in course of machining. A system of trays is provided to collect the smallest parts.
Fiber laser
Laser emission is generated by an ytterbium fiber laser with modern optical scheme. The beam delivery system (optical fiber) does not require special maintenance, unlike the "flying optics" used in laser systems with CO2 laser, this significantly reduces the cost of machine operation. Focusing optical system is equipped with a non-contact capacitance sensor, which allows to automatically maintain a constant position of the cutter focus in relation to the machined sheet and ensures high quality of the cut.
Modern software
The software covers the need for workflow optimization and safety. The presence of a system of protection against contact between the optical laser head and the cut-out part improves the equipment operation safety. The laser complex is equipped with a highly developed self-diagnostics system. Pressure is controlled electronically by the CNC system.
