CassetteLoader is a professional tool that enables the manufacturer to store metal sheets and load them onto the machine quickly and efficiently. Using it the manufacturer does not need any more to operate crown blocks or other specialized expensive equipment. It is now possible to organize smart and efficient manufacturing even in small premises.
Cassette loader consists of 6 “shelves”, each of which can hold up to 100 sheets of metal. (depending on the sheet thickness). Sheets of the most common types and thicknesses can be placed on individual shelves and thus be stored conveniently and compactly in one place.
The cassette loader greatly simplifies and speeds up the work of the machine operator. For example, when a technologist assigns a task to an operator for a work shift, he can simultaneously assign a task to the loaders to place all the sheets of metal to be handled during the shift on the cassette racking system. This way, when an operator needs to switch from, say, cutting aluminum to working with steel, he won’t have to search for new sheets at the warehouse and organize delivery thereof to his workshop. He will simply slide the respective cassette out of the loader and start processing the needed type of metal.

Due to the fact that in process of metal products manufacturing we use mainly thin metal sheets and it is more feasible to manufacture parts by laser cutting from the whole sheet, rather than by individual blanks, we decided to purchase a laser.
