As of today, laser cutting is the most advanced technology for sheet metal cutting.

Focused laser emission is capable of transferring a large amount of energy to the local processing area and heating it to sufficiently high temperatures, which allows cutting with increased productivity and precision. Modern gantry complexes used in our equipment allow to remove restrictions on the geometry of the manufactured items, and the software makes it possible to quickly reconfigure the machine for the next task.

Laser cutting provides maximum precision and productivity of processing.

Laser cutting equipment is the most appropriate solution for machining of 0.5 to 25 mm thick sheet steel, as well as aluminum alloys, copper, brass and many other materials.

This technology’s special feature is the presence of only thermal impact on the processed material, providing the most efficient use of laser cutting for machining of thin sheet metal, as well as fragile and flexible metal structures without jeopardizing their integrity.

As there’s no mechanical impact, the risk of material deformation is avoided.

Laser cutting of metals is used in almost all branches of modern industry owing to high productivity of this method and no need for post-processing.

Products manufactured by means of laser cutting feature high quality of the resulting contour and stand out for cost-effectiveness of production. Laser processing is equally advantageous for the production of both large batches and experimental samples.

As there are no limitations for the machined contour, a wide range of products can be made using a single machine.

In our cutting equipment we use synchronous linear magnetic motors, because only this configuration assures high accuracy of the contouring task and stability of this indicator during a long time of the system operation.

What consumables are used in a laser cutting machine?

In course of a laser machine operation consumables are: electric power, process gas for cutting, nozzles and protection glass for the optical cutting head.
Why is high process gas pressure required for laser cutting?

High pressure is needed to form a high-quality cut channel and to ensure the required surface roughness in the process of cutting. During cutting, the molten metal is quickly and correctly blown out of the cutting channel with high-pressure air.
