Due to the fact that in process of metal products manufacturing we use mainly thin metal sheets and it is more feasible to manufacture parts by laser cutting from the whole sheet, rather than by individual blanks, we decided to purchase a laser. Based on the results of a research of the laser equipment offered by the market, geography of manufacturers, price parameters, the final choice was made in favor of the fiber laser from the domestic manufacturer LLC "ARAMIS".

Experienced users in metal fabrication need a reliable and efficient welding solution. The ARAMIS LWM mobile laser welding machine offers a number of advantages, in particular:
- High-quality welds that do not need any additional treatment
- Effective for welding of thin metals
- Much faster than traditional welding methods
- Can be used to weld different types of metals.
- Can weld in hard-to-reach areas
- Option of filling the seam with wire
Let’s have a closer look at every of these advantages:
High-quality welds:The LWM makes high-quality welds that do not need finishing works. The laser width precision is adjusted to match the material being welded, ensuring consistent, high-quality welding every time.
Efficiency with thin metals: the laser beam is able to weld thin metals without causing distortion or deformation, providing a smooth and even weld surface. This makes ARAMIS LWM the ideal choice for manufacturers who need to produce precise and complex products that require a high degree of accuracy.
Faster than the traditional welding methods: laser welding technology is much faster than traditional welding methods, which reduces time. This allows manufacturers to increase productivity and profitability while maintaining product quality.
Versatility: ARAMIS LWM can weld a wide range of metals including steel, aluminum and titanium. This makes it a valuable asset for manufacturers working with different types of materials. The machine can also be used to weld in hard-to-reach areas, making it possible to manufacture products that could not be made in the past.
Possibility of filling the weld with wire: this feature allows manufacturers to produce durable and good-looking products. The wire fills any gaps or inconsistencies in the weld, which ensures a high degree of precision.
