Start-up and commissioning work stages
- Familiarization with the initial data, familiarization with peculiarities of the premises, electrical network, additional equipment, checking of shipment’s safe delivery and completeness.
- Proper installation of the equipment. The machine may not wobble, must be levelled up, connected to the mains and earthed.
- Setting up the control system. In certain cases, setting up of the software.
- Check-up of the electronics.
- Check-up of the equipment’s mechanical elements in course of operation.
- Connection of safety systems (cooling, stabilizers, etc.).
- Trial testing of the machine operation at different power rates.
