Separate set-up for perforation, engraving and vaporization modes
In addition to laser cutting, the machine has functions of perforating, engraving and vaporizing.
PERFORATION MODE provides application of a dotted line for manual bending of thin metal. With engraving, the operator can apply various marks such as: part name and number, bending lines, hole centers, inscriptions (tables with characteristics). Engraving of objects and text written in Windows and True Type fonts is supported.
VAPORIZATION allows for two-stage processing of film-coated metal: the first pass removes the coating from the contour cutting zone, while the second pass cuts the metal.
The perforating, engraving and vaporizing modes can be set-up separately for optimum quality of metalworking. The operator does not have to stop the machining process to reconfigure the machine and enter new settings, as switching between the modes is automatic. This not only significantly increases the productivity of the cutting system, but also reduces the cost of consumables.

For control programs compilation, the delivery set includes professional licensed Metalix software, which covers the full cycle of CNC operations.
Automatic compilation of cutting programs
The software provides fast and intuitive compilation of cutting programs with just a few mouse clicks. The complexity of the contours is automatically identified and the optimum passes are automatically calculated. This function is essential for small companies with small batch sizes but wide assortment range.
Preparation of reporting documents
For preparation of order reporting documents containing information on the order, its composition (number of layouts and parts), sheet surface utilization (nesting efficiency).
Tables of parameters for materials and modes
The software has a standardized library that not only stores the mode settings for a specific material, but also ensures fast automatic loading and readiness of the machine for operation when a new material is selected.
