The program has built-in tools to automatically optimize the layout of workpieces, taking into account the required distance between the parts being cut and the edges of the workpiece. This feature saves time for the technologist and operator and reduces waste. Optimal nesting algorithms further reduce the overall operation time.

FlyCut

This method can significantly reduce the processing time of thin sheet metals, because it does not cut out each part individually, but all contours lying on one straight line. The optical head passes the entire sheet at high speed, row by row, cutting the contours on the corresponding segment. Time savings are particularly noticeable when cutting perforated grids.

Sharp Angle Cut

The mode for machining of complex contours and sharp angles.

The function provides for high-quality cutting of complex contours: sharp corners, closely spaced contours. In process of cutting the outside corners, excessive temperature occurs at turns of the path, which can lead to melting of the corners. The Sharp Angle Cut function solves this problem: the laser head makes a loop with forced ventilation at each corner of the workpiece, this precludes melting of the corner.

In addition, small parts can be cut in pulse mode, which also prevents excessive heating of the material. Switching between modes is done automatically in accordance with the settings.

Automatic detection of errors in programming of cut-ins
The application displays such errors on the nesting chart.

Cutting in the adjacent contour
This function allows parts to be cut following a common contour, significantly reducing production waste. The result is optimum utilization of metal.
